“My job is not just about being passionate. It’s about striving every day to do better. Every detail matters in my continuous quest for perfection. A jewel cannot be reduced to the work of two skilled hands; it is the result of a constant commitment to excellence”
Francesco Iorio

Start
1984
Francesco Iorio’s debut in the world of jewellery came in 1984. He was just thirteen when he decided to attend a goldsmith and watchmaking training class in Basilicata. His interest in goldsmithing became clear enough to move to Florence to continue his studies in Jewellery Design and Stone Setting, alongside master artisans of the time.
Il Perseo
1996
Founded in 1996, Il Perseo pays homage to the most famous work of the Florentine sculptor and goldsmith Benvenuto Cellini, as a reminder of Iorio’s time in Florence.
London Calling
2015
In 2015 He moved to London in order to further refine his technique. He started working in Hatton Garden street, where he specialized in working with platinum and diamonds.
Back in the future
2016
In September 2016 the project FRANCESCO IORIO was born with the aim to provide new services through the creation of custom designed objects made of precious metals, and a new handmade jewelry collection in gold and silver, destined for the domestic and export markets.

Our History
Inspirations
The maestro’s creations come from everything attracts his curiosity. Whether it is the shape of an animal, a geometric figure, a weird hairstyle or an ancient artifact, every jewel is reinterpreted in a modern key, becoming timeless.
Our Future
Techniques
Craftsmanship is a key word for Iorio’s jewels. Prior to the execution, the master devotes himself to preparing a manual sketch to propose to the customer. The processing techniques performed in the workshop are several: the traditional manufacturing processes, formerly used to create unique pieces, are now flanked by the new 3D printing technologies which allow the production of resin prototypes.
